Collab-MD is a matching and connection service only. We do not provide medical, legal, or supervisory services, and we do not participate in or oversee any professional relationship formed between users.

Users are solely responsible for:

4. Matching and Communications
Collab-MD facilitates introductions between users but does not guarantee:

Availability or responsiveness of any physician
Acceptance of a collaboration request
All communications and agreements between users are conducted independently of Collab-MD.
5. Fees and Payments
Collab-MD charges a one-time joining fee, which includes an initial connection credit. Additional connection credits may be purchased as needed.
Fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase
All payments are final unless otherwise stated
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
Collab-MD does not take any percentage of ongoing collaboration fees between users.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Collab-MD does not guarantee:
That a user will find a collaborating physician
The success, quality, or outcome of any professional relationship
That any collaboration will meet regulatory requirements
Users assume full responsibility for all decisions made through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collab-MD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use of the platform
Interactions between users
Any agreements or collaborations formed
Collab-MD’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for access to the platform.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collab-MD from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your professional activities
Any agreements entered into with other users
